Summer Games by the Seed of Wisdom

A month long interactive, family friendly, fun event. Health and fitness is the goal while teams compete to earn more points than their competitors. at the end of the months events, participants feast on their favorite meals and play a competitive game of soccer in the park. All ages from 7 and up.

Summer Games

The Summer Games is an annual health and fitness event. It is a fun and interactive way to build team work amongst participants. Kids from ages 7 and up will team up with adults to journey across this health and fitness adventure. This is a month long challenge where teams will compete to earn points through exercise and healthy eating. There is an individual winner and a team winner. Whoever racks up the most point throughout the month wins the game and the surprise gift. 

June 20th - July 20th

On Celebration day, we will have contest that will give participants an opportunity to compete in a few fitness challenges. The contests are as follows:

Although you are not restricted from eating whatever you choose, healthy eating will enhance your performance.  


You will notice that at various times throughout the Summer Games, you will requested to perform special tasks such as making your own products; i.e. apple juice, cookies, ice cream... that will give you the opportunities to gain more points as well as knowledge.
